  There are two four bedroom duplexes for sale in my neighborhood, which is in Gambrills. I too, have five children and live in such a duplex. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, with lots of kids, sidewalks, and city water. My duplex's Siamese twin is for sale, in turn-key condition, and it's gorgeous.
