  Hi Sally. You could also, consider http://www.focus-training.com/. The Finance Director, Jane Forster, is a member at my Club. If there's a course near you I'm sure she'll do you a very good rate if you mention me. They do the home study CYQ Level 2 which I found to be very good. Good luck! Anna x

  I put an employee on focus training not much support left to your own to practise and learn I think a lot of money for not much support!

  Brilliant - I hope he does really well. One of my employees did her course through Focus training and would have struggled without my help. Try Loughborough University - I had another employee did her training there and the course was mostly very good, although again needed some tweaking from me!
