  I've used Skritter (reading+writing+vocab) and Anki. If you've ever wanted to use the Heisig Kanji books there's a flashcard website for that: http://kanji.koohii.com/. There's a Dragon Questish RPG game that's for learning Kanji too: http://lrnj.com/. This one covers vocab and kanji: http://japaneseclass.jp/. Pretty sure I have others if I can remember them...
