  I went thru the same issues a few years back. Only two i found worth using and professional. Top-Notch tree service 757-220-5781 and L.G Scott landscaping. 804-966-2706 I can tell you L.G is very professional. I get a email from them about every two weeks about some other service they provide. Treating yards for bugs, trimming trees and why you should, when you should. Some tips and tricks for your yard. I dont even know if top notch is still around. But he did show when he said he was going to, did the job and i didnt see any issues with his work.
