Best Sites for Apartment Hunting! Hi! I am about to graduate college and am looking for apartments in New York City. As I search for a place, I was wondering if this reddit had any suggestions for places to find apartments. I have been using streeteasy and zillow so far. But, I am open to any websites to try and find apartments. This is my first time renting an apartment, so any advice is welcome!
Hey all - does anyone have any good recoms for brokers for the UES? The few I've spoken with so far seem good but they want 15% which is just obscene. Any help greatly appreciated

http://www.nybits.com/ has a list of managed buildings so you dont need to use a broker
Exciting news! My sister-in-law is moving to NYC! She is looking for a good/trustworthy realtor, and of my NYC crew have good recommendations?

For rentals, depending on your price range, I recommend skipping the broker and using nybits.com or Brodsky.com as there are renter incentives. If totally clueless or creeped out at the thought of going alone, I would trust David Menendez at Corcoran sold our coop on the UWS. Djm@corcoran.com
