I was asked yesterday if I had a good recommendation for a general practitioner in Seattle. Admittedly, I don't. That got me to thinking, I really should have a go to doctor that knows me and my family and speaks my language (CrossFit, Paleo, etc.). I don't wish to continue bouncing around from doctor to doctor. Nor, do I want to feel as if I need to defend my lifestyle of functional fitness and an anti-inflammatory diet to a skeptical physician whom looks sick, him or herself.
So, this is a call out to NWCF-Nation. Do you have a recommendation on a doc that is supportive of your CrossFit and nutritional practices? If so, I want to know. Please share your thoughts to comments.
