Flangdoogler asked:Physiotherapist/Sports Doc/Etc. recommendations Hi all, I've had a shoulder injury since January and I've been attending physio since then to deal with it, however the issue still persists. They think it's bicep tendonitis, but haven't been very helpful. I have an MRI scheduled for early September, but not being able to lift sucks balls. I'm wondering if anybody has had any good experiences with any physiotherapists or sports doctors in Ottawa, specifically with weightlifting related injuries affecting the bicep and shoulder. Thanks!

I have gotten her help with joint injuries, muscle injuries, and general help with improving flexibility. The clinic is small and the whole staff are very friendly and welcoming. I referred my mother-in-law here after she wasn't seeing much progress with her previous physio and she has been seeing good results after switching. Absolutely top notch service. They are in westboro so they are easy to get too and they also have good hours, which is a plus.
