Physiotherapist/Sports Doc/Etc. recommendations Hi all,
I've had a shoulder injury since January and I've been attending physio since then to deal with it, however the issue still persists. They think it's bicep tendonitis, but haven't been very helpful. I have an MRI scheduled for early September, but not being able to lift sucks balls.
I'm wondering if anybody has had any good experiences with any physiotherapists or sports doctors in Ottawa, specifically with weightlifting related injuries affecting the bicep and shoulder.
Thanks!

Jessica Thompson, an RT at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sport Clinic in Westboro is FANTASTIC! I have gotten her help with joint injuries, muscle injuries, and general help with improving flexibility. The clinic is small and the whole staff are very friendly and welcoming. I recommend to it as many people as I can and everyone so far has come back with positive reviews! Good luck! I would say come see me but I'm in centretown at sage wellness! I recommend seeing anyone from Ottawa physiotherapy & sport clinic. They have a clinic in Orleans and the owner is amazing. Some of the physios have a masters in manipulation. Most of the physios including myself use mobilization a and manual therapy. Just call if you have any questions sport http://optsc.com
Looking for a physical therapist (sciatica pain!) - anyone have a success story or could recommend me someone in Ottawa? Has anyone been to see a physiotherapist for sciatic or back pain who you would recommend? (Looking for someone downtown or in the West end preferably!)

[Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sport Clinic](http://www.westborophysiotherapy.ca) is excellent. I have been seeing Andrew for an injury to my lower back and he has been excellent. I referred my mother-in-law here after she wasn't seeing much progress with her previous physio and she has been seeing good results after switching. Absolutely top notch service. They are in westboro so they are easy to get too and they also have good hours, which is a plus.
