  For a simple clean haircut, I know some women go to Monument Barber Shop - if you need the whole color thing, all of the salons in town have great reputations; Dr. Ben Andrulot in Ptown and Orleans for chiropractic Complete Care Chiropractic; there are a few massage therapists who specialize in deep tissue - check their web sites, seek recommendations and ask if they have local rates (usually they are not advertised)- I am one of them but won't be back in town until late April Massage and Yoga with Will Coons: Find Your StillPointWithin
