  Black rose in Deerfield Beach on Hillsborough. They do quality work in many styles. I have many friends who swear by them or aces high in lakeworth (same owner). They don't really do templates or have books to look through. They are actual artists who will draw what you want. They want every tattoo to be unique and if you get something done, they won't reuse your artwork. You commissioned it and you own it. http://blackrosetattooshop.com/ EDIT: Deerfield, not Boca.
