  ISO DECENT TATTOO ARTIST. I don't mind if you would do sessions with me in house or at shop. I cannot afford 75-80 dollars an hour like most shops charge. I need my last name covered up and a depiction of hell starting at the bottom inside of the cross fading into heaven at the top (if it can be done) I'm still in the brain storming phase and don't mind any suggestions or changes to make this finally look good.
