  I see my old dentist from O'Fallon Mo because he's the only guy in all the places I've traveled who does truly painless dentistry. He has this trick of pinching a nerve on your gums to numb it so you don't even feel the needle go in. I've tried to teach this to other densists I've seen and they think I'm crazy.
