  Dr.Steven A Kulik Jr. At Good Samaritan and has a office at Johns Hopkins at White Marsh. The only draw back is he's slow & you may wait awhile to see him. This # is to good Sam just tell them you would like to be seen at white marsh . But he's only there on wednesdays.
