Simon Thomas seemed very keen, we spoke at length on the phone about my works, he came round and had a look, promised great things and we had an action plan as to what was required. Simon said he would forward me a price in 2-3 days and all was seemingly good, until a week went by with nothing. I tried contacting to find out what has happened, but received no response to any messages left. Having done a bit of digging it would seem like Thomas Building Plans are a Structural Engineering company who offer a drawing service for plans. Perhaps there was not enough structural work in my extension.
