  Have you looked in express and echo or whatever it is you got in Torquay coz they do cheap coach and hotel 3 day trips, should be 1 for London's new year celebration which is immense but busy as I found out last year lol, otherwise I'd use megatrain.com which is £15 each way from Exeter to Waterloo then it's just a tube/boat/bus trip to wherever your stayin x
