I know the saying you get what you pay for.. Im not looking for anyone cheap.. Im simply looking for someone whos worth the money i want to invest into the piece

  My go to shop was [Mark's of Art](http://www.marksofartsj.com/). I got 4 done there while I lived in town. It has been owned by the same guy for 30+ years and they do great work. They really look to make sure the customer is satisfied. If possible ask for Kevin Griffin. He did my half sleeve and did wonderful work!

  I know a lot of people that have had work done at Eddie's Tattoo in Santa Clara and Marks of Art in SJ. Everyone was happy with the outcome both places.
