Dog Boarding Recommendations Need to board my dog for a week and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? Thanks!

We found a great boarder through petvacay.com, which I believe is now rover.com. That's our girl [Rio](http://i.imgur.com/TBYIrPK.jpg) on the right with her new bud Riley.
Anyone know of a place that will keep my dog for 8 days in July? He doesn't sleep well in a kennel type of place. He is very spoiled at home and has his own bedroom. He was our first baby ;)

I have used www.petvacay.com or www.rover.com . I have had people come and house / dog sit or I have taken my pups to stay at the sitters house. All have been wonderful. Its a great option instead of a kennel. My dogs love it.
Any recommendations for a place in or around Clarkston to leave my dog for a long weekend. A small Pug,Dachshund mix. Anyone with experience with the place on Sashabaw?
Need recommendations for pet boarding for two small dogs.

We used Doggie VayCay and LOVED it! Beth & her family [including 3 boys] took amazing care of our dog and it was quite reasonable. $30 a night. doggievacay.com
Looking for suggestions for any good and trustworthy pet sitters who will watch a dog at the sitters place (don't really want people in my home while I'm gone). Sitter must have an A/C cooled environment available (I have a large breed double coated dog that can't be out in this summer heat more than going to the bathroom). Thank u for any suggestions.

Petvacay.com lists ppl in your area with references. We used it and loved it! You get to visit the home before you take your dog there.
ISO a place to board my sweet dog on a Saturday and pick her up on Sunday. My dog is a pitbull and I know some places don't accept pitbulls. I want a place that will exercise her and not keep her in a kennel all day. Any suggestions would be great.

Any recommendations for a place to board a small dog with anxiety?

Have you looked at options on Petvacay.com or rover.com? Placing a dog in a home environment vs. a kennel is a great way to go. Staying in home is a lot of alone time.
Anyone have a great recommendation of a Dog Boarding facility in Battleground?
Jan S. replied:
check out "DoggieVacay.com" Your dog gets to stay at an actual home with a family, and ours was less expensive than a kennel. Man's best friend may be run by nice people, but it had concrete floors, and for a house dog it just didn't seem right.
Looking for pet boarding facilities in our area or possibly south near Champaign. Would like recommendations from people that have actually used the facility. Going on vacation and would need to board for a week. Thanks!
Looking to board my 2 dogs for Labor Day weekend. I usually use Pet Hotel in Woodstock, but it's $76/night for both dogs... which is insane I think. Does anyone board dogs in their home or know of another doggie daycare/boarding facility? TIA!
I need an experienced pet sitter or boarding that doesn't cost an exorbitant amount of money. She is a maltipoo, she takes a couple meds for allergies.

We used someone from petvacay.com and were very pleased. Check out the website.
Anyone know someone who dog sits? Or recommend a kennel?
Michele B. replied:
Doggievacay.com I was in a bind once, and saw this website on Good Morning America (or one of those shows) and had a great experience. It's all local people who dogsit in their homes and are reputable. You can read people's profiles, reviews, set up initial meetings, etc.
Looking for a tried and true recommendation for a pet and house sitter. We adore our two cats and dog, and are seeking a responsible, caring, trustworthy individual to stay with them when we cannot. Thanks in advance for your guidance!

Go to www.doggievacay.com They have hosts that will come to your home or you to theirs, they are insured...
Dennis and I need a foster for Ladybug for Memorial Day Weekend and possibly end of June. We are going out of town. I already asked Barbara Helms and she can't take care of her. I feel uncomfortable putting her in a kennel because she is still skittish. I rather her be with someone she knows. Please let me know if know anyone who would be available to foster/ take care of her.

there is a site called petvacay.com -- you take your dog to someone's home to watch. I have not used them.
