  Home Inspectors? We're coming up on one year in the newly built house which means we are coming up on the one year builders warranty and it has been suggested that for our peace of mind that we get a home inspector to look throughout the house for any thing that the builder should address before the warranty is up. Does anyone in Jacksonville and St. John's have a connection with or know of a good home inspector or home inspection company I could contact?

  You may want to get a Home service plan. We have one through Total Protect and it covers everything in the home. when something breaks you call them and only pay a serve fee of $75. If they can't repair it they replace it and it only costs the $75 fee. It covers electrical,plumbing,heating,air,water heater,all appliances even ceiling fans!
