  My 3 siblings and I rented this place to celebrate my mom's 75 th birthday. http://www.lynnspondhouse.com/ We had lots of adults and kids. It is large, gorgeous, and there was lots to do for everyone. There is a large pond out back, (which was awesome for fishing and for the kids throwing rocks into) but of course it made me a little nervous with such young ones. Wanted to mention, but definitely recommend this place. Very close to New River Gorge too, which has great white water rafting.
