  Hiero T. wrote: Just wanted to call someone reliable to help with a leaky shower faucet. Sounded annoyed that I called for their business (I could be wrong, but the tone didn't sound like he wanted to be bothered). Said he would not be available for two and half weeks and was very quick to hang up the phone. Plenty of other great companies out there with friendlier customer service.
