  I have always trusted CAA and they have four offices throughout the city of Ottawa: however, if you are a little older, say 40 and anywhere above that, I would suggest that you join CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons ... even if you are not retired) and consider using CARP Travel (www.carptravel.com) and gain from all of the CARP Member Discounts.
