  When my WRX got totaled out the kids insurance gave me a settlement on the car. We got a settlement on Marie's injury. But now on Eric's injury they got lawyers involved and seems like the paperwork they want Marie to sign is giving up all her rights as a Eric's guardian. So I guess we need to a lawyer. Anyone know any good injury lawyer who will work for a flat fee rather than give up half or more of the settlement?
