  Another office I would recommend is in Wheaton, I know it's a drive but one of my friends from school works there as an assistant. You might call them. http://www.wheatonoralsurgery.com but I don't believe they are open Saturdays. Many oral surgeons do not work Saturdays unless it is an emergency in my experience.
