Looking for a good Men's Hairstylist/Barber in Toronto. I Recently grew my hair out and don't know where to go! I've recently grown my hair out for the first time and want to get it cleaned up. Not sure how to approach this. My hair is currently past my shoulders and is super curly... I feel that a salon would know what to do with long hair. Should I be going to a Barber Shop?
Hoping that Reddit might have some suggestions of good Downtown Toronto spots for a dude to get his long hair dealt with.
EDIT: I'm white (Armenian to be specific). I have pretty thick hair and have "Big" curls. Price wise, I would like to spend less than $50 if I can.
Also, I'm not looking to cut it off, looking for a trim/clean-up.

Monsieur at Bloor and Spadina is pretty good. It is a men's only barber shop. I think it is like $25 for a cut and they have a student discount. http://www.monsieurbarbershopandspa.com/
Hey, can anybody recommend a good barbershop in the east-end? Like, old-school, smells like aftershave and talc with a blue, red and white spinning barber's-pole outside kind of barbershop?
