  I have severe primary Lymphedema of all 4 extremity's & I just found this website through facebook...http://www.treatlymphedema.com/default.htm .......maybe they could help...I really don't have to much pain but I'm very sedentary...I basically just am very weak all over & I take ibprophen or Tylenol as needed & am now starting on the product here www.curamin.com ...........for swelling I like to eat lots of celery, cucumbers, & right now watermelon ....
