  Jamie, I'm dealing with a metatarsal stress fracture and am being treated by Dr. Joanna Shuman (podiatrist). She has been working with me with orthotics and different levels of arch support for my recovery and will find the best orthotic for me (whether that means bought at her clinic or custom-made) once I can start working out again and get out of this lovely boot. She is a cyclist and works with other triathletes as well (although she is more familiar with Montgomery Co goings-on).
