  Robert F. wrote: Very good technicians, I have a safe, bolted into the floor, with a keypad code lock that I knew the code to but unfortunately the battery had died. I called the technicians they arrived and they not only opened the safe, they changed the battery so they basically opened it without damaging it, which was a big plus that I could keep the safe and possibly use it in the future. Very satisfied with their service.
