  Recommendations for a reputable electrician/electric company to install a meter base that has been burned out. Dominion power cut power to the house and said the meter base (which FYI is free from Dominion - you just have to go get one from Leesburg office) is on me to get fixed (plus service cable coming in has little to no insulation - old age - and should be replaced too.)
