  Has anyone in the neighborhood had their main water line replaced? After much investigation and many months of high water bills, we have finally concluded that there must be a slow leak in the main line from the street. Any recommendations? Our plumber did not seem interested in the work, so we are looking to get a quote from someone who does this kind of work regularly.
