Recommendations for lawyer to start an LLC I need to start an LLC, can anyone recommend a lawyer? I've tried contacting Angela Bounds at gainesvilleestatelaw.com but they've failed to do as much as return my call in over two weeks, even after I've followed up with them three times.

1) Have you checked with an accountant? There's protection involved in LLC, but there's also protection with an S-Corp. One may be better choice, especially if you plan on owning trademarks or having clients/work outside of Florida. Again, talk to an accountant as well. 2) Had very good dealings with Rick Fabiani. He did some work on our contract for us, and we were very happy. He's with Chandler, Lang, Haswell & Cole, P.A. (the only person we've worked with at the practice is Rick Fabiani). 726 NE 1 st St, Gainesville, FL 32601 (352) 376-5226
Looking for an employment law lawyer in Gainesville. Any suggestions? I am working for a rapidly developing company as a full time salaried employee without any employee agreement or contract in place. I would like to consult with an employment lawyer about contracts and would like help putting together an agreement proposal for my employer. I have no experience with this and I would expect the lawyer to guide me to understanding employment contracts and help me with establishing terms of the contract too. Does anyone have any experience with this at all or any advice pertaining to this subject? Can you recommend any specific local lawyers here for this purpose? Thanks for any advice you guys have, enjoy these rain storms neighbors!

I've had good experiences with [Rick Fabiani](http://www.avvo.com/attorneys/32601-fl-richard-fabiani-1783773.html). He's with Chandler, Lang, Haswell & Cole, P.A., phone: 352-376-5226. Remember... Florida is an "at will" employment state... it's generally in the employer's interest to not have a manual, agreement, etc. Most will be reluctant to enter into an agreement.
