  Thought I would post this here. Does anyone know of a contractor etc that does log home maintenance and or repair in western md area. We are in frederick. Im looking for someone that does stripping staining and sealing. Also someone that knows how to work with log homes as in doors and windows and etc. Its a bit different than installing in stick built. Could use some names ans experiences. Thanks.

  Talk to Northwest Log Homes, he is out of Westminster, Md. He builds new homes but also does work like you need done too. We have a new log home he built and a historic log home he restored on the farm I manage, very nice work. They have a website and I think a Facebook page.
