  We do have a videographer that does it for free meaning as a volunteer, he's unfortunately not in town. As well, our entire publication works on a volunteer basis. Money doesn't show respect for ones skills. Appreciation and helping them get their names out in the community is respect. Thanks Gunreet for your opinion, but many of us have worked together for this publication on our own time too, whether it be 7 hours or 16.
