  Take the Monsey Bus to Manhattan (http://www.monseytrails.com), and from Manhattan take a bus shuttle from Port Authority or Penn Station to JFK. Or take the Train from Suffern to NYC Penn station, and then transfer for the LIRR train to JFK. Some airlines provide free chauffeur service to the airport if you are flying Business or First class.

  Monsey trails is the closest thing I can think of aside from taking the train and subway unless you can try an airport shuttle from newark to jfk.
