  Recommendations for brokers and realtors? We're looking to buy a house in Cedar Rapids very soon. I was told to hire a mortgage broker rather than go to a bank for the loan, and we'll be using a realtor too. Does anyone have any good recommendations for either, or a review site of some sort so we can go through and vet them? Any housing rental suggestions would be lovely as well! We have a small dog and a cat, and only interested in renting a house or whatever else that may allow us to have a yard to ourselves. And of course, a short lease is preferable so we can leave seamlessly once our house is ready to move into. Thanks so much!
