  Mary's Alterations on Dixie Hwy (by Kmart, McD, Shell station out that way) does alternations and I've taken hemming and stuff like that to Widmer's dry cleaning on buttermilk the lady is right there pins things up for you and does it right there not shipped out. Not sure how involved tailoring suit jacket you need but both fairly close stop and ask.
