  I had to have my camera (EOS 7D) repaired...I went thru the Canon site ...Service-Support> Repair request Form. They have a facility in NJ....Canon Factory Service Center, phone# 866-510-1335 ...100 Ridge Rd, Jamesburg, NJ,08831 I read good reviews and I was happy with my service...got my camera back in about 7 days. Have a buddy who had his camera worked on... he was happy with the service and time frame of repair.
