  Does anyone know of a local contractor that is *affordable* and does good work? Specifically, we're looking for a carpenter to repair and replace some doorframes and will need some very minor drywall work and painting done at the rental we own in independence. We need to get it back on the market asap so looking to get a couple quotes this weekend and early next wk.
