  we used a guy named Jerry (kathy has all the deets). his cell is 562-881-0304. Got his referral from Blake and Jennifer Leong. He had a lot of really good ideas, but mostly set us up with his subs for tiling, plumbing, electrical and paint, all of whom did a good job.
