One that I don't have to light a fire under their butt every few weeks just to get them motivated. One that I don't have to ask for reports on how the showings went. One that will actually sell my house on Sherbrook. The last guy was super lazy & couldn't get the job done so he's fired. He doesn't realize the difference between selling a house and standing idly by waiting for the house to sell itself. So... Referrals for a successful realtor... GO!

  Dean Fletcher is pretty darn awesome!! We used him to purchase our house and he was great! His number is 204-297-0998. He works out of Century 21 Carrie.com. They also have the airmiles program however I'm not a big collector so instead he supplied us with gift cards of our choice which we choose Rona!
