  Www.jblmmwr.com This will give you all the info you need. Contact info and rules and regulations. Go the the Recreation center. Watch a short film. They fill out and give you a card. That's it, call to see if the area you want to hunt is open and check in for that area and go hunt. I don't recall what the cost is. Unlike a range pass it is not free.
