  PLEASE HELP..my boyfriends daughter dropped her dog off here and was only supposed to be till she could find a place to keep her(which has been way to long already) the last few weeks I noticed she has lost alot of weight ad her coat looks horrible I can not afford to take her to a vet and the daughter dont seem to care.
