  Question: Is there a class in town, I can take to learn how to do general Techy Stuff, light plumbing stuff and small home repairs? And a Tree house w/a rope swing. I learn better from hands on, not in a book or classroom setting. I ask because I'm a single mom since my child's father away. I would like to learn to do this stuff on my own. I feel awkward having to ask friends husbands for help or my BIL. I want to be able to do it myself. Not having to rely on everyone. Those husband for hire guys are expensive. I can change my own oil, mount an alternator in my car. Unclog a drain. Cook from scratch. But I need to know more. Thx for understanding & your advice. I want to keep this within my budget!!!   Gracehill.com has online courses for basic maintenance. I'm not sure on what they cost though.
