I think that there is no one way to lose weight for every person. There is some real scientific evidence that reducing carbs and sugar will help (read calories in calories out by gary taubes, read eatingacademy.com or swedish academic- ahs food revolution) swedish government has even changed the dietary pyramid after doctors had so much success with their patients and themselves by adopting a higher fat lower carb lifestyle. It doesnt mean all meat or protein, theres a balance by incorporating fresh produce and animal fats. Essentially a paleo lifestyle. For people who cant lose weight with exercise or the usual calorie control this is what can help. Im studying nutrition and this goes against everything ive learnt......but nutrition in itself has been round for such a short time....mistakes are inevitable, we just have to be open to new ideas. Finding a dietician is pretty hard in korea. I had a friend go to a korean doctor when she weighed 62 kg at 165 cm. She was called obese and prescribed weightloss medication...ie prescription speed....best as others have suggested to get a gym buddy and just eat food you make! I feel the summer anxiety too!
