  We go to Dr. Jeff at Optimal. He's in Berlin just off Rt. 50. Also, my friend Kelly has a pilates studio in Bethany Beach and does classes for specific spots - like lower back. It helps strengthen your muscles for longer lasting relief. http://www.beachpilatesandwellness.com
