It had this false "watch dog" download, and after that stopped wanting to work (wouldn't let you continue without a password, screen going crazy, and endless spam. Wouldn't allow a system restore etc). My husband opened the bottom and since then it won't even turn on. Only about 3 years old. Dell inspiron. Has tons of videos and pictures on it, including my photo shop elements that I no longer have the disc for. Hoping and praying all can be fixed without losing these things. TIA!

  I just want to give a positive review for Softline Computers off Lund between Jackson and Bethel. Our desktop wouldn't fire up after unpacking it from our move. I dropped it off to her and she called me today, less than 24 hours later and said it was up and running. When I showed up to pick it up and pay for her labor, she insisted it was free of charge because a few boards had only wiggled loose. She could have legitimately charged me for at least a minimum service fee but she chose not too. Definitely recommend her for any future computer needs!
