Frustrated! I have been to a podiatrist and 2 orthopedic surgeons. I need a good Dr. that will spend as much time as I need them to, to help me understand exactly what is best for my foot. I have been diagnosed with Hallux rigidus ( osteoarthritis ) in my big right toe. It hurts to bend it with pressure like wearing any kind of heal. It hurts to be very active, tennis etc...and I have been given 2 options...surgery (chilectomy) with a 75% success rate or wear cloggs and minimize my activity. Does anyone have experience with this issue or have a good doctor to recommend? Thanks!
