  You could try Mark Battye 07951 270873 for the gas stuff, he's corgi registered and has done a boiler installation and fire services for the last few years for us. Also Spencer Charman 07708 117448 who has done plastering and interior/exterior general building work a few times too (not the same work repeated)!! Good luck.
