  William L. wrote: Based on another friend's recommendation we hired Fernando to lacquer our existing kitchen cabinets. If I did this review immediately at end of the job it would be much higher. Cabinets looked great but after about a year, chips and nicks appeared at edges and around handles (like where fingernails might hit the surface). After several calls he came out and did touch up - for a fee. Now it has happened again. I have called, texted, and emailed for nearly 15 months to get him to come back. 90% of calls and texts get np answer, when I get one he says he is too busy to come - for 15 months!! I finally went to his suppler of lacquer to try to do myself. They told me that it should have NEVER chipped like that and it was not prepped or applied properly. Now unfortunately after 15 months the product is discontinued and they say I need to do it all over again. Another friend of ours had the same experience
