I'm not looking for someone who will tell me to cop a plea in exchange for reduced fines. I'm looking for someone willing to actually mount a robust defense against bogus charges.   Where can a mother get a lawyer for a child support hearing if she doesn't have any money? (in Illinois) i spoke to a lawyer who informed me that an average retainer fee for a lawyer is $3000. Up front. Or they won't even consider you. Does anyone know another way?

  Well I guess if judicare doesn't work my aunt does family law also the lawyer refer all service is 800-362-9082 (doing that off of memory so be warned) they held find a lawyer as far as price couldn't help you I'm sure some charge different fees depends on state and law + what they can charge for retainers fees, costs, hourly rate etc.. More than likely will be different depending on attorney but good luck!
