  Hi, We are looking for an affordable licensed/experienced builder or chippie who is able to quote us on doing a deck renovation for us to extend our back deck in Capalaba, replace compromised boards and one rotting joist and move an existing set of stairs and reroof to take in the extension. My husband, who works in construction (steel fixing and concrete foreman) could be available to help as labor if necessary. Must meet code of course. Anyone have any recommendations?
