Mindy B. replied:Hi Sonia Davis - welcome to FH! I don't think there are any co-op preschools in the area - I actually had to look up what a co-op school even is! (sounds like a cool concept, btw). Tampa Bay Pools (813-684-3639) built our pool 6 years ago, and we have been happy with it - don't have any experience with refinishing, but I would think they offer that service, or could refer you to a great company that does.
